Meridian replicates your leader account across every NinjaTrader account you run — then does what no signal relay does: it verifies the resulting position, corrects drift, and refuses to leave a correction unprotected. Copying is the easy half. Knowing the copy is true is the product.

Fire and forget
The copier submits the order and assumes it filled. If the account was closed, the wrong session, out of margin, or filled three lots instead of twelve, nobody finds out until the position is wrong at the open.
A dead link looks like a quiet market
When the leader disconnects, a copier with no outage policy does nothing at all — which looks identical to "nothing happened today". Drift accumulates silently across every follower.
Verify, then correct
Every account's position is read back against the leader's. Drift is corrected on a schedule you set, through a safety net you choose, and every action is written to a journal you can read back.
The core mechanism
Reconciliation: a standing second opinion on every account
On a timer you control, Meridian compares each follower's actual position to what the leader's position implies it should be. When they disagree, it acts — under rules you set in advance, so the decision is never improvised at 3am with the market moving.
Drift detection
Sign and size are compared per account, per instrument. Partial fills, manual trades and missed signals all show up as a specific, logged discrepancy rather than as a vague feeling that something is off.
A safety net, not a reflex
When a leader drops, you choose once: hold the followers as they are, flatten them, or pause and report. Set it globally, then override it per follower row. Risk-reducing corrections are never blocked by a daily cap.
Settling before it acts
A link that just came back can drop again. Meridian waits out a settle window before the first correction, because correcting into churn is worse than waiting a few seconds.
Protected corrections
A correction that opens exposure inherits the leader's own working exits at the leader's prices, sized down to the follower and paired so one fills without the other. Repairing drift should not create a naked position on the way.

The unglamorous parts, done properly
- —Multi-account routing. Many leaders, many followers, per-row leader selection.
- —Sizing. Multipliers, fractional scale-outs, max leader size, max family exposure.
- —Session control. Trade-hours windows with an auto-flatten at the close.
- —Per-strategy secrets. Tag an alert to a strategy, or kill-switch one strategy without touching the rest.
- —Duplicate guard. A replayed alert id inside your window is dropped, not re-traded.
- —Drawdown guards. Per-account loss caps and trailing drawdown that pause routing.
- —One panic button. Flatten everything, stop routing, and say so in the journal.
- —Health checks. A public URL probe that confirms your tunnel is actually reachable.
Isolation
Your signals are structurally invisible to other traders
Every account gets its own webhook address with its own secret, minted on the server and shown only to you. One PC per account: signing in on a second PC rotates that account's key and signs the first one out. It is not a policy you have to trust — it is how the addressing works.

Three steps, about twenty minutes

STEP 01
Install the AddOn
Drop the prebuilt DLL into your NinjaTrader 8 AddOns folder and the window appears in the NinjaTrader menu. Nothing to compile, no server to run, nothing to configure on a VPS.

STEP 02
Sign in and pair
Enter your dashboard id and password in the AddOn's sign-in row. That PC is now linked to your account and reconnects on its own.

Paste your webhook URL
Your signal endpoint is on your Profile page. Paste it into the TradingView alert, add the listener secret, and the first signal routes.
Straight answers
Before you start a trial
Does it need a VPS?
No. The AddOn runs inside NinjaTrader on the PC that holds the account, and the dashboard is a website. You do need the PC awake and NinjaTrader running while you expect to trade.
Which broker connections work?
Any connection NinjaTrader itself supports — sim or live, Rithmic, AMP, Interactive Brokers, Databento or a simulated account. Meridian copies orders into accounts; it does not care who the broker is.
What happens if my leader disconnects?
Whatever you chose: hold, flatten, or pause and report — globally or per follower. Meridian also warns you when a connected leader's P&L has been frozen long enough that the link is probably dead, so "silent" stops being an option.
Can I run two PCs on one account?
One at a time, by design. Signing in on a second PC rotates the account's key and signs the first one out, so two machines can never submit orders for the same account at once.
Does it place its own trades?
No. It only copies what the leader does, plus reconciliation corrections toward the leader's position. It has no strategy of its own and no opinions about when to enter.
Is this a hosted service or software I own?
You run the copier on your own PC; the dashboard is the control plane and the delivery path for your alerts. Your accounts and keys are yours — the service holds no broker credentials.
